In Bloomington to move Edna from rehab to the assisted living she will be staying in.
We didn't get any pictures of that, but we did have a nice meal at Epiphany Farms.
Turns out they have a tasting menu, and we shared that.
A tray of three amuse bouche, all with ingredients from their local farm.
A salad course, with warm new potatoes inside.
We always have to get some bread.
The chicken course: an elevated stew in a roasted tomato sauce.
The pork course, with turnips and polenta.
The beef course, with a fabulous potato gratin.
A palette cleanser of a mixed fruit sherbet.
A truly excellent dessert course: flourless chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache, pistachios,
strawberries, and ice cream. An intense raspberry sauce ties it all together.
