• Day 1 -- walking around to get familiar with the ship.
• Day 2 -- Italian dinner at the Viaggio restaurant.
• Day 3 -- "cooking class" at Metate Restaurant in Cabo San Lucas.
• Day 4 -- chef's table on the ship.
