Well, Rick Dale was playing at the Orange County Fair, and we thought
this was a fine excuse to make this decade's trip to the fair.
The theme of the fair was "Let's Eat", but we thought we'd
better hit the rides before we tried to eat anything. Here we are on a
swing-around ride.
The highlight was this crazy three-armed multidirection ride.
It was right on edge of what Wade could stand.
We then met up with Han and Darrolyn and Barb and Alan and got a little
barbecue. Here's our group picture.
The shopping was only mediocre, so we decided to find out where all the
animals were. Kimberly with the piggies...

And then a lovely shady spot to have yet more food and watch Rick do
his set.
