We took a timeout from helping Edna with Frank's service, and took a
quick trip down to visit Earl and Dawn. Here is Earl's new digs at "Danny's
Place", also known as Sunshine Manor.
Earl is looking much improved from Christmas.
Here is where he is "supervising" the construction of the new
patio deck. It starts to become clear that, while Earl is doing much better
physically, he is still having short-term memory problems.

Still not decorated very much, as up to this point, we had thought this
was temporary until Earl moved back to Greene 707 Road.
A day trip over to Newport to wish Dawn a Happy Birthday, and taking
her out the local Pizza Hut for a birthday lunch.
Here we are. Is the food here yet?
Wearing the Mountain Dew shirt and drinking a Mountain Dew. Dawn will
remind you that her initials as DEW.
What's up with this? We were paying $4.00 a gallon for gas in California,
and it's $2.28 here!?
Back to visit Ernie and Brenda. This is Ernie's "smoking room"
behind the main house.

They had really been a great boon to helping out Earl through all these
problems.
