We had just finished touring the Ingardia facility, and we were hungry for something fun for lunch, and Taco Maria got the first Michelin star in Orange County...
...so we headed there for a lunch treat. We started with the mushroom quesadilla, and then each got two types of tacos to share.
Best of the list was the pork belly with the green sauce (top right), and the one with hanger steak and bacon was great as well.
We also tried the chicken mole taco and the shiitake mushroom chorizo. Still great, but not as good as the pork belly. Not a bad price at lunch, too.
