The "MTI" cooking party group decided to do something a litle
different, so we went to a cooking class at TSpoons in San Juan Capistrano.
Here's Kimberly, Leslie, Marc, Kathleen, Bob, and Adelina; Bill and Wade
are somewhere out of the picture.

We made a tart with some cheese and some green thing in it.
And for dessert, a bread pudding made from mini-muffins.
They set out a nice table. The great thing about cooking here (over Sur
la Table) is that they let us bring and drink wine with our dinner.

The bread puddings came out delicious.
This is supposed to be beef stroganoff with spetzle. They had us try
to hand-pinch the spetzle, which didn't work out that great, but it tasted
good.
